Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is recruiting someone to join the Planning and Organisational Management Department in the role of
Project Manager.
Main tasks and functions:
- Supporting the management of transversal funding: analysing regulations; writing applications; collecting budgets and centralising information; managing projects; controlling and monitoring results indicators; collecting, centralising, processing and analysing information to support decision-making; participating in national and international events and meetings; drafting documents;
- Supporting the mapping of funding: identifying and mapping funding opportunities and events and other related activities;
- Supporting organisational development processes: drafting institutional documents; managing internal processes; preparing documents and information to support decision-making; monitoring organisational performance indicators.

Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Management, Administration or similar;
- Good knowledge of English (written, oral and comprehension);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Word and Excel);
- Good planning and organisational skills, initiative, autonomy, teamwork, critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Adaptability and flexibility;
