Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is recruiting a
Quality and Administrative Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth running and daily tasks;
- Maintenance of the Quality Management System;
- Promotion of initiative for continuous improvement and optimisation of internal processes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of them;
- Cooperation with other departments of the institute;
- Support the efficient and responsible planning, coordination and control of administrative processes;
- Manage internal communication for the team;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar areas;
- Experience in administrative support and human resources management;
- Experience in administrative management for innovation projects (Horizon Europe, PT2030, Interreg, among others);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Autonomy and attention to detail;
- Strong sense of responsibility and organisation skills;
- Team working skills.
