Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) delivered, on May 8th, the session “Demystifying Quality”, at the invitation of the Employability and Companies Office of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra.
Lectured by Fátima Matias, Coordinator of IPN’s Training and Quality Department, and Rui Henriques, IPN’s Quality Project Manager, the session focused on demystifying concepts, exploring practical examples and demonstrating quality in the context of customer relations.

The initiative counted with the participation of over one hundred students of Management and Economics.
The event was held as a part of Course Unit Program (UC) FEUC Skills.
