Through the exchange of knowledge in the EU-Learning project, on the one hand the training providers had the opportunity to expand their competences in the preparation, development and implementation of innovative training actions at local, national and European level. On the other hand, the final beneficiaries, the trainees, were able to access more innovative training at all levels. This has increased their skills and therefore their opportunities in the vocational training market.
This project was launched with the aim of preparing the education sector of European Funding and Management of funded Projects for the new Funding Framework 2021-2027.
EU-Learning has two main objectives:
1. The Handbook
Development of the handbook for the education sector as well as general support for institutions wanting to apply for EU funding.
2. The Network
A European network to discuss best practices and innovations in partner organization training and to develop long-term European standards for EU fundraising and project management training.
Within this project two main products were created:
A handbook with information about all the funding instruments of the new EU Funding Framework, which is under development. This handbook is available to all interested actors and will be used as support material for the education sector, as well as serving as general support for organizations wishing to apply for European Funds.
Secondly, a network has been established at European level to discuss best practices and innovations in training partner organizations, as well as to develop long-term quality standards for education focused on European Funding and Management of funded projects. In this network actions will be taken in order to prepare for the new funding period through a constant sharing of information and materials.
