 Analysis and quantification of the diversity of cultivable fungi through isolation techniques in pine bark substrate during several steps of the production cycle and in different seasons of the year, using different culture media. Identification through macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the pure cultures under optical microscopy, in conjugation with methods of molecular analysis, for example ITS total region amplification by PCR with subsequent sequencing and BLAST.
