e-Learning Delay Tolerant Network
Challenge
The e-Learning DTN project is an e-learning course. The main objective is to teach people who need communication, like SMEs, NGOs, schools, teachers and training colleges how to build and implement DTN based internet access, aimed, using a gender and culturally sensitive approach.
Solution
One of the main tasks in this project was to build an e-learning platform with sufficient technical principles, manuals, videos and coding to allow people who live in very remote places to build DTN based internet access. The courses are aimed at people with a minimum level of ICT skills.
