Action Training for SMEs 2026-2027: Applications Now Open!

Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN), announces that registrations are now open for SMEs interested in joining the Action Training Program 2026-2027, under COMPETE2030 – Innovation and Digital Transition. IPN will submit the application as the promoting entity.
The main objective is to promote the adaptation of workers and companies to change, through training activities using the action-training methodology — an approach that combines theoretical sessions, held either in-person or online, with moments of practical application in the workplace, thus enabling learning that is oriented towards the specific challenges of each company.
The program has an indicative allocation of 60 million euros, with a maximum co-financing rate by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) of up to 90%, depending on the specific criteria applicable to each operation.
To apply, interested parties should complete and send the expression of interest form. For more information about the application process and participation conditions, interested parties should contact the Training Department of the Instituto Pedro Nunes or visit the official COMPETE2030 program portal.

Information Session for SMEs:
This form aims to collect registrations from managers and representatives of SMEs in the Central region for the information session about the Formação Ação Program, whose application deadline is September 30, 2025.
The session will take place on September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 1 of Building A at Instituto Pedro Nunes in Coimbra.
