IPN - Instituto Pedro Nunes - Merger by incorporation of IPN Incubadora into Instituto Pedro Nunes

Pursuant to and for all legally permissible purposes, notice is hereby given of the Merger Plan between the above-mentioned associations, which proposes the merger by incorporation of the association IPN Incubadora – Association for the Development of Idea and Business Incubation Activities (Corporate Tax ID No. 513 488 960) into the association Instituto Pedro Nunes – Association for Innovation and Development in Science and Technology (Corporate Tax ID No. 502 790 610), as approved by the General Assemblies of both institutions held on April 29, 2025.

From the day following the publication of this announcement and for a period of three (3) months, the merger plan will be available for consultation (downloadable in the “Related Files” section of this page) to any interested parties and for the possible exercise of rights and prerogatives set forth in the applicable legislation.
It will also be available for consultation at the registered offices of both associations during business hours on all working days, and a digital copy may be requested by email at info@ipn.pt.

Creditors of the merging associations whose claims predate the publication of this announcement may, within 30 days of said publication, file a legal objection to the merger on the grounds of potential harm to the fulfilment of their claims.
