IPN promotes exclusive Horizon Europe training programme

On 5 and 6 February 2025, Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is promoting the training ‘From Concept to Funding: Crafting Successful Horizon Europe Proposals’, aimed at researchers, research managers, private companies and public entities seeking European funding for their projects.
This training, certified by DGERT, offers practical tools for creating proposals, with a focus on:

The training sessions will be led by Marco Liviantoni. With over 20 years' experience and a law degree from the University of Perugia in Italy, he is the founder of Liviantoni Consulting. Having trained at prestigious EU research institutions, Marco specialises in proposal writing, financial management of EU Projects and impact section writing. He is also an EC-approved expert for the Horizon Results Booster services.

Early registration is open until 15 January 2025, with an investment value of 800 EUR + VAT. Subsequently, registration for the Regular Period at 950 EUR + VAT will be available until 31 January 2025. Companies incubated at IPN benefit from a 15 per cent discount on both phases.

- Enabling participants to draw up competitive proposals for Horizon Europe (RIA/IA/CSA).
- Avoiding common mistakes, such as inadequate formulation of the project idea or poorly structured consortia.
- Evaluate the innovativeness of the ideas and define strategies to achieve the research objectives.
- Structure the Impact, Implementation and Excellence sections effectively.
- Develop a solid plan for exploiting and disseminating project results.
- Use AI tools responsibly in the proposal writing process.
