Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) participated in the “
Virtual Testing Facilities” workshop of the
TEF-Health project, in Paris, France, alongside the
Local Health Unit of Coimbra (ULS Coimbra) and the
Local Health Unit of São João (ULS São João).
The event provided a platform for IPN’s team to identify new partnerships and available complementary services between the TEF-Health partners. IPN’s participation was valuable in exploring contributions and synergies that could benefit the project and its participants.
TEF-Health is an initiative of the Digital Europe Programme which aims to accelerate the testing and validation process of technologies based on artificial intelligence and robotics in the health sector. The main objective is to support the companies in accelerating the market access for their solutions, facilitating their integration and adoption in the health sector.
Instituto Pedro Nunes leads the national consortium of TEF-Health which counts with the participation of the Local Health Unit of Coimbra (ULS Coimbra), the Local Health Unit of São João (ULS São João), the Ministry of Health Shared Services, Health Cluster Portugal and EIT Health Innostars.
The participation in the workshop allowed IPN to reinforce its contribution within the TEF-Health project and highlights its on-going commitment to innovation and international collaboration, contributing to the advancement of health technologies.
