Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) will host the "Seminar: Polymers, a valence in the IPN ecosystem" on 19 February at 4pm in the D Building Auditorium.

This seminar aims to present IPN's polymer unit with a special focus on potential use in modern society. Participation in the event is free, but requires prior registration via this link.

Jorge Coelho, vice-president of IPN Board and polymers investigator of the University of Coimbra (UC), will provide a comprehensive overview of the role of polymers and their various applications. The event will also feature presentations by IPN/UC researchers specialising in the study of polymers.

Companies, professionals and enthusiasts in the field will have the opportunity to explore the biomedical potential of some of the polymers developed, as well as their various applications in the field of 3D printing.

This seminar, organised by the IPN, is part of the activities of the Technology and Innovation Centre (CTI) project of Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) under the terms of Call for Tenders (AAC) No. 03/C05-i02 /2022, within the scope of the Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Programme (PRR).
