The Centre Region of Portugal has benefited from a considerable qualitative improvement in the last decades regarding the dynamization of the knowledge economy through the investment in physical and human resources in its various urban centers, the creation of reference infrastructures at national and international level, and Enabling teams that today possess a wealth of experience and know-how that are, in themselves, a competitive advantage of the territory itself.
The aim of this project was to maximize the positive externalities of the previously created network and thus better take advantage of ongoing synergies to generate more jobs, more technology transfers and greater dynamics of entrepreneurship based on innovation in the Centre region.
Thus, the main objective of this project was to consolidate an open and inclusive Innovation Ecosystem, incorporating a complete supply of resources, infrastructures and dynamics, with transversal bets and sectorially oriented to the specific needs of each innovative and entrepreneurial project.
Specific Objective 1: Sensitization and Networking.
