Bioentrepreneurship Program

Program Description

O Biostart is an acceleration program developed as part of Activity 2 of the Biotechstars project's entrepreneurship coaching program, which is the result of a consortium between the Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology of the University of Coimbra (CNC-UC), the Institute of Environment, Technology and Life (IATV) and Biocant - Technology Transfer Association.
This program covers the general concepts of innovation, value proposition and business models. The main objective is to promote training, stimulating entrepreneurship and the creation of startups. It is aimed at biotechnology researchers at R&D institutions (institutes, centers, universities, associations or similar) aspiring
entrepreneurs.
