Challenge

 Digital Transformation in the Health sector is one of the cases where this evolution may result in a significant impact. This theme became particularly relevant during the pandemic scenario in which we are still living, in which some of the needs and barriers felt by the various actors in the sector became evident. However, it is not clear to what extent many of the emergency actions will actually become innovation.

Solution

 Based on this context, this workshop focused on the theme of the extension of health care at home and was attended by 4 entities in the sector, with whom the IPN has already been working. We tried to identify needs and barriers, as well as success factors that generate confidence in the results collected in non-clinical environments, using as a starting point some technologies available and under development in this laboratory.
