Diversidade de Microorganismos: Analysis of indoor fungal contamination and air quality

 Analysis and quantification of the fungal load in different inside walls, window frames and in the indoor air inside a bedroom that showed a clear contamination, using different collection methods (air sampling using a microbial air sampler and cotton swab) and different culture media. Identification through macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the fungal pure cultures under optical microscopy, in conjugation with methods of molecular analysis, for example ITS total region amplification by PCR with subsequent sequencing and BLAST.
