Study of the total diversity of cultivable microorganisms (plants, soil and substrates)
In this study, the diversity of microbial communities of Bacteria and Fungi is evaluated using culture-dependent methodologies. This approach allows the identification of a restricted set of microbial populations present in the sample selected for their growth capacity under the defined conditions. With this characterization it is expected to identify predefined groups, as well as their relative abundance, associating a prediction on their presence and impact on the environment/ecosystem.
