Study of the total diversity of microorganisms (Microbiota) by NGS (plants, soil and substrates)
In this type of study, the diversity of microbial communities of Bacteria and Fungi is evaluated using metagenomic analysis, i.e., through the study of all the genomes of all the organisms present in a given environment. This approach makes it possible to identify a representative set of microbial populations present in the sample. With this characterization, it is expected to identify the microbial communities present, as well as their relative abundance, associating a prediction on the presence of groups and their impact on the environment/ecosystem.
