Screening for phytopathogenic nematodes on plants, soil or substrates
In these tests, and in a first step, all available information on culture, symptoms, literature, etc. is collected in order to define a sampling and testing strategy. The identification of plant disease causing nematodes is carried out by morphological and/or molecular characterization.
