Screening for phytopathogenic fungi on plants, soil or substrates
In these tests, and in a first step, all available information on culture, symptoms, literature, etc. is collected in order to define a sampling and testing strategy. The identification of disease-causing fungi in plants is carried out by isolation in conventional and/or selective media, followed by morphological and/or molecular identification.
