On March 20 and 21, Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) participated in IncubX Madeira, an event organized by Startup Portugal that brought together representatives from incubators and accelerators across the country to discuss the future of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Portugal.
With the support of Startup Madeira, the event aimed to promote collaboration and efficiency in incubator management while fostering a more interconnected and sustainable ecosystem.
IPN was represented by Ana Seguro, Coordinator of IPN Incubator, who moderated one of the roundtables, and Ana Henriques, Incubator Senior Project Manager. During the two-day event, participants discussed topics such as the role of incubators in regional activation, innovation support programs, collaboration between incubators and universities, and creating collective impact through joint strategies.
This meeting stood out for the exchange of ideas and the collective desire to improve how incubators operate in Portugal, creating a more collaborative environment among the various players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
